Before becoming a Pinterest expert, I worked as a wedding coordinator for one of Australia’s premier destination boutique hotels, a recipe developer for Food & Wine Magazine’s culinary program at sea and most recently, a small business owner to a thriving holistic food company that specialized in postpartum wellness, recovery, and nutrition. Hi, I’m Courtney. Seattle born native turned Aussie, living life outside the limits, one sunset at a time. I’m a wife to my Australian husband, and proud mama to my two sun-soaked children, Jonah & Kora. I have a relentless pull to the Hawaiian islands and I live for sipping margaritas while soaking up the golden hour with friends.
When I’m not immersed in the Pinterest platform, you can find me brewing my own kombucha, experimenting in the kitchen, working
on a crafty DIY or dreaming up my next empire. My interests include all things food & wine, scuba diving, writing, pottery and postpartum care. I love island beats & soulful blues, and I am unapologetically the first person on the dancefloor.
I’m a dreamer and a realist, minimalist and extremist, and a practical perfectionist. I strive to live my life as holistically as possible with a conscious decision to do the right thing in terms of self, others and the environment.
